The Wah pedal market is largely dominated by Dunlop, which offers 10 different versions with an excellent reference chassis, but... a quality of manufacture that is all in all... questionable. Cheap components, cheap PCB and cables... There is clearly a lot of room for improvement to obtain a premium Wah. This is what LAA Custom offers you, a Wah with tenfold possibilities and a model made with the best components available and for some of these components a completely tailor-made / exclusive design.

Aesthetically, the pedal takes up in every way the original Italian design. For what? Quite simply because we have not done better! The case is indestructible and adopts a nice yellow color. So where is the novelty? Well she's inside. On the program, custom PCB, a unique HALO inductor, trim-pots to control the output level and the gain at the bottom of the spectrum, and a "matrix" equipped with dip-switches which allow an incalculable number of frequency combinations. This matrix will allow you to sculpt the response of the pedal to 100% by adopting different profiles (Treble, Vintage, Classic, Modern etc...) and to adjust the amplitude of frequencies. On top of that you have a true bypass and a high impedance buffer so you can use your fuzz pedals before this one without any issues.

In use, the Italian Wah becomes ultra progressive, complex and organic. It never stresses your ears, maintains consistent volume across the curve, boasts an extended frequency range and better articulation and clarity than the original models. Whatever the level of gain, it remains perfectly audible with a "rapid" and ultra-vocal side which gives it a clean and very easily identifiable sound signature. A must have for all wah-wah fans.
