Inferno X continues to introduce Mega Evolution Pokémon ex into the Pokémon Trading Card Game's MEGA Series, including the central Pokémon, Mega Charizard X ex. The set Inferno X also provides various supporting Pokémon and Trainer cards, notably for the Fire and Darkness types.
Inferno X will be released in Japan on September 26, 2025, followed by localized releases in Traditional Chinese on October 9, 2025. Each booster box contains 30 packs. Cards released in this set are included in the English Phantasmal Flames expansion.
