Included in your stay, a complimentary wine tasting 'drinks after work' (let us know in the messages which night you would like to do your tasting), home baked sourdough, and fresh eggs, with access to our produce garden to cook your own gourmet breakfast.
Did we mention our posh loos? We have a beautiful amenities building with 7 showers, 6 toilets and a claw foot bath. This includes a disabled shower and toilet.
We have a BBQ, kettle and toaster in the camp kitchen and laundry for guests, with power points for charging phones, our tents are not powered, but we supply charged lanterns, heaters or fans as required. We have phone reception but are wifi free so you can disconnect.
We have a chef who prepares food from our organic produce garden and source local protein. Food needs to be ordered at least 3 days in advance.
There is a tree house, swing, garden, cow, sheep, donkey, chickens and our guardian Maremma to entertain children.
'Ronald McDonald' (true story) owned Glen Roy and built the stone shearing shed that is today Bellwether winery. His family were close friends of the MacKillop's, whose daughter Mary went on to become Australia's first Saint. Visit the Mary MacKillop interpretive centre in Penola for more fascinating history.
