1. Take zDen out of the travel case, it pops open, no assembly required.
2. Place it on the bed and put your pillow inside (fits a queen-size pillow).
3. Lie down with your head and upper body inside, the rest of your body stays under your normal covers.
4. Close the front drapes and window flaps for maximum light blocking.
5. Adjust airflow with the mesh windows, route CPAP hoses if needed.
