Originally it was going to take a month to get the parts sent from China, but they came up with a better solution. Not only do I have the parts that were missing but I received them two days ago. These shelves hold a good bit of smaller items and I love that cups can hang from the hooks. The shelf is real wood and a lovely stain. I wish the baskets didn't come all the way out, but sometimes that's more handy than fishing around inside them while they're in place. I bought four of these shelving units (they're packaged as two) to hang together as a group on a kitchen wall over my coffee station. They make quite an impression when grouped together.
