The Top:  The top of this table set is handmade and solid wood.  It is a spruce pine finish, with real wood characteristics and imperfections.  Our tops may have knots and other characteristics that lean towards a true farmhouse look.  

The Base:  The base of this table is not handmade.  It is a synthetic hardwood.  It comes to our shop unfinished and apart.  We do all the finishing and assembling in house.  

Chairs:  
The chairs for this set are not handmade.  They come to us prefinished, and we assemble them and pair them with the set in-house.

Shipping Explained

At Curbside Treasures LLC, we believe in trying to get you the best shipping rate.  Shipping is worked into our prices based on your location.  Please use the drop-down menu to select the region your state is in to get your price for the item and shipping.  Our items ship fully assembled, which can be pricey to some areas of the country.  We ship with smaller companies who are more like movers.  The items are blanket wrapped and typically arrive in a box truck or truck and trailer. The service you are paying for is for threshold delivery only.  While some carriers may assist or deliver in home, they are not required to do this.  The driver should call within 24 hours of delivery.  While they do try to schedule a time frame that works for you, they do typically have other deliveries so options may be limited.

Pickup is available Monday thru Friday 10:00am - 4:30pm. No special appointments for pickup required. Please review our Pickup Policies before selecting this option. We are located in Hampstead, NC.
