Simple to pitch, easy to pack, ultra-light to carry

The DD SuperLight Pyramid Tent is designed to be used on top of the DD SuperLight Pyramid Mesh Tent (sold separately) to create a 2-layer tipi style set-up. And at just 460g (excluding pegs/guys), it won't weigh you down on the trail!

Frame-free and single layered, the SuperLight Pyramid Tent is a great solution when travelling light or for minimalist backpacking.

With slim pegging tabs and a central top loop, the tent can be pitched in 2 ways - either suspended from a branch/overhead point using guy rope; or propped up from underneath using just 1 hiking pole.

This tent comes with 13 of our strong SuperLight pegs and 5 black SuperLight guy-lines, however also included with every tent are 2 extra spare pegs, and a full set of fluorescent guy-lines. This means that you can choose between stealthy black, or bright guy-lines for visibility at night.

Ventilated and waterproof

Spacious for a solo camper plus a rucksack, or comfortable for 2 people, this tent has a 3000mm PU coating plus a sheltered side door - so it'll keep you dry in stormy weather. Its air vent prevents condensation inside too!

The DD SuperLight Pyramid Tent can be used either on its own or with the mesh tent to camp on a backpacking adventure, or simply as a day shelter on a hike.

First off, the FMC and the pack don't meet until about 60% of the way through. That's just way too late honestly. I can appreciate the backstory of the band and the FMC, but I skimmed at times wondering when they'd meet. I did like the writing and premise but I thought the execution needed a lot of work. The characters were pretty well developed, but they didn't spend that much time on the page together, so I thought that led to the story suffering. I will give her another shot, as I think the writing has promise... It just didn't come all together in a way that I could wholeheartedly recommend.

While the first half was hard to get through, as this is a book that starts you in the present and then goes back and forth between different times in the past to get you up to speed with what’s happening in the future (and it’s not all chronological in the past which made it even harder), once all of the book is set in the present, Tessa and her pack, Ryder, Dixon, Mac, and Tray, (and of course Josie the cat,) all begin their journeys of finding themselves both individually and within their pack which is so rewarding to see after all of the tragedy and sadness detailed in their last few years leading up to meeting. I think this book could’ve done with another beta reader or two to polish up grammatical errors as well, some of those took me out of the story for a minute to try to figure out what was trying to be communicated. Overall, this story filled with so many dichotomies of love and loss, grief and happiness, hurt and comfort, all culminating in a lovely story of a pack that strengthens each other after many tribulations, and it warms your heart so so much to see them go through every version of themselves, landing on secure and happy individuals who make a wonderful pack together. Would absolutely recommend if you like slow burn, rockstar, big city, and initially heavy and a bit dark but fades into comfort and fluffy omegaverse stories!
