Introducing our new addition to the Fantasy Renaissance/Cottage Core Dress Costumes line - a versatile dress perfect for Renaissance Faires or everyday wear. Its soft and feminine aesthetic is sure to capture attention.

The Josephine costume includes a tiered truffle tone skirt made of cotton voile for a full look, a smocked poly-crepe chemise with long sleeves, and a 38" long dress with a comfortable 38" waist.

THE CORSET:
The steel spiral boned full corset gives an amazing waistline shape without sacrificing comfort since spiral bones are flexible yet extremely durable.
Made with Fall tones flowerTapestry and a heavy cotton, it is fully lined in cotton as well.
A ribbon lacing completes this lovely feminine piece.
Rigid boning where necessary for support and that look that only a professional corset can give.
Beige colored satin ribbon with grommets in the back offer great flexibility in sizing with the added modesty panel.
Busk front closure.
This is not one of those flimsy dime-a-dozen generic corsets made nowadays by the fast fashion industry with cheap materials and craftmanship that cheapens your look.
This is a professional corset made to last for may years if well taken care of, as traditional clothing used to be when we lived in less wasteful times.  The elegant and refined look you deserve.

So light and ethereal!  A magical look for your Fantasy Renaissance costume or your Cottage Core dress.

*Does not include headdress.

The "modesty panel" in the back allows for a 4" addition to its full length comfortably.
For example the size 0-2 will easily expand from 22" to 26" in its full length. The 4-6 will expand from 26 to 30" in it's full length, and so on...
If you need extra room at the bust, you can widen just that area. Small waist? just cinch it at the waist. This applies to any part of the length of the corset.
This allows for the corset to fit you "like a glove".

Sizing:

 0-2 22-24” waist
2-4 24-26" waist
4-6 26-28” waist
8-10 30-32” waist
12-14 34-36” waist
16-18 38-40" waist
20-22 42-44" waist

FABRIC:
The Chemise:  A light weight Poly crepe which is strong and durable. Will not shrink or loose its vibrant color. Virtually wrinkle-free.

The Skirt:  Beautiful soft  cotton.

The Corset:  Cotton Tapestry fabric combined with a heavy cotton to form the exterior.   The lining is also 100% cotton.  Laced with satin ribbon.

Good Start for X-men from the Ashes
Format: Kindle
The art is different than previous issues and takes a little getting used to, but overall above par. With comics, it’s always about the art first, the writing second. The dialogue pops for the most part. And the characters make sense. I rather like the scenes between Cyke and Logan, Hank and Cyke, and Magneto. Also it makes sense that after being tortured and put through hell - Cyclops would retreat to his birthplace, Alaska, and take the mutants who can’t blend in with humans, or are ostracized with him. The team up works for me - we have people who are deadly, former assassins and villains, which again works well with Cyclops, a character who believes in second chances. Only quibble - is the villains feel kind of stale? I was never a fan of the U-Men. But I’ll give it a chance, the rest is working for me so far.

Fun new start
Format: Kindle
I really enjoyed this first issue. The team's dynamics seem to be getting a lot of focus which I like. And the action jumps out of the page. The character designs will take some getting used to but the art is honestly fantastic. Most enjoyable part to me was the team actually feeling like a team, with lots of small interplays and Cyclops really feeling like the leader he should be. I'm not sure I like Orchis as the villains again but we'll see how it goes.

Great new beginning
Format: Kindle
I didn't really care for the Krakoan era as a whole, and knowing how comics, especially the X-Men, go through cycles every few years, knew it wouldn't last. I'm especially glad to see the somewhat bland logos go and the classic ones return. I like this line up so far, especially the inclusion of the Juggernaut. I remember reading the comics years ago when he first switched sides, and was.disappointed when he went back to being bad. I haven't read the concluding chapters of the Krakoan era yet, so seeing a "classic" version of the Beast is a little surprising since the last time I saw him he had turned into an evil piece of %#@+. The story by Jed MacKay was interesting and entertaining, as I knew it would be. I've always enjoyed Ryan Stegman's art. Looking forward to more of this series and the other X-Men books, especially Uncanny X-Men.

More of the same
Format: Kindle
I haven’t read X-Men comics in years, but decided to dive back in as a supplement to all the Marvel Cinematic buzz. The plot seems like standard X-Men fare. The weakness of the comic medium, particularly for characters like the X-Men, is the holding pattern of the status quo that the characters are constantly suck in. I’m not sure if this series will deliver a clever twist on it yet. The dynamic they are setting up with the downtrodden Sentinel manufacturing town is interesting, as is the implicit aspiration of the X-Men to replenish the land itself. I am enjoying the team composition and the gorgeous art. They decided to crucify Wolverine again and it looked cool as ever. Juggernaut’s costume, too, is incredibly drawn.

This story hits all the right notes for a 1st issue, with new mysteries and new characters. Love the team, with stalwarts like Beast, Wolverine, and Cyclops. Looking forward to more!
