It is meant to be worn in a knot not a bow. The dress is fully lined with a back zipper. Fabric has a nice stretch. 92% Polyester 8% Spandex Modeled in

If you enjoyed the 80/20 Principle this is a good guide to applying it in your life. He does make some bold predictions like highly competent individuals will soon make public corporations obsolete.
