Description

ladies velour dresses Montreal Burgundy Velvet Dress XLARGEOur Montreal dress is one of our favorites! The design is like no other. The bodice seams are flattering but not immodest. The slight puff sleeve is not overpowering, the high low style is stylish and classic, along with the wide removable sash that is customizable (wear it in the front or back). It is meant to be worn in a knot not a bow. The dress is fully lined with a back zipper. Fabric has a nice stretch. 92% Polyester 8% Spandex Modeled in

Interesting Follow Up to the 80/20 Principle
Format: Paperback
If you enjoyed the 80/20 Principle this is a good guide to applying it in your life. He does make some bold predictions like highly competent individuals will soon make public corporations obsolete. Some of this book is highly speculative and other parts are very practical. Luckily it is pretty easy to tell which is which. Very interesting book.

A Few Gems, but Not the Right Fit for Me
Format: Kindle
This book focuses on the 80/20 principle, emphasizing the importance of identifying and maximizing the 20% of activities that yield the greatest results. While it offers valuable insights on growth, creativity, and leveraging strengths, it didn’t resonate with me personally, and I found the reading experience less enjoyable. Key Takeaways: • Growth requires creating something new and meaningful, not maintaining the status quo. • Focus on your “20% spike”—your unique strengths—and develop them like an athlete. • Use the 80/20 principle to identify the most profitable parts of a business. Overall, the ideas are useful, but the book didn’t fully capture my interest or provide practical applications I could relate to.
